Your responsibilities

  • Providing professional and courteous service on designated
  • Ensuring constant smooth operations and procedures within the Bar team
  • Retaining full knowledge of beverage menu
  • Preparing beverages as per Company recipes and standards
  • Ensuring proper stock handling, including reaching cost targets
  • Assisting the Restaurant Manager with training sessions for Restaurant & Bar team
  • Ensuring active involvement in reaching higher guest satisfaction

Your education / Your experience

  • Min. 2 – 3 years’ experience as a Bartender
  • Experience in 4* or 5* operations (Hotel and/or cruise ships)
  • College Degree/Diploma or relevant apprenticeship in the F&B Service industry beneficial
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Experience with ordering and inventory
  • Knowledge of inventory and revenue
