Your responsibilities
- Providing professional and courteous service on designated
- Ensuring constant smooth operations and procedures within the Bar team
- Retaining full knowledge of beverage menu
- Preparing beverages as per Company recipes and standards
- Ensuring proper stock handling, including reaching cost targets
- Assisting the Restaurant Manager with training sessions for Restaurant & Bar team
- Ensuring active involvement in reaching higher guest satisfaction
Your education / Your experience
- Min. 2 – 3 years’ experience as a Bartender
- Experience in 4* or 5* operations (Hotel and/or cruise ships)
- College Degree/Diploma or relevant apprenticeship in the F&B Service industry beneficial
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Experience with ordering and inventory
- Knowledge of inventory and revenue
