Your responsibilities
- Responsible for the correct flow of the food delivery at meal time
- Responsible for subordinate in assigned station
Your education / Your experience
- Min. 3 years’ experience in the galley operation
- Experience in 4* or 5* operations (hotel and/or cruise ship)
- Good English knowledge
- Knowledge of Fidelio, American Master Chefs program
Your skills
- Work under pressure
- Familiar with working in multicultural environment
- Team player
- Self-organized, disciplined and reliable
