Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for the correct flow of the food delivery at meal time
  • Responsible for subordinate in assigned station

Your education / Your experience

  • Min. 3 years’ experience in the galley operation
  • Experience in 4* or 5* operations (hotel and/or cruise ship)
  • Good English knowledge
  • Knowledge of Fidelio, American Master Chefs program
