Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for the entire galley operation and delivery of all culinary offerings on board for guests and crew

Your education / Your experience

  • Chef or Master Chef certificate
  • Min. of 1 year experience as Executive Chef or 3 years as Sous Chef
  • Experience in 4* or 5* operations (hotel and/or cruise ship)
  • Very good English knowledge
  • Knowledge of Fidelio, American Master Chefs program
  • Experience with working schedules and holiday planning
