Your responsibilities
- Responsible for the entire galley operation and delivery of all culinary offerings on board for guests and crew
Your education / Your experience
- Chef or Master Chef certificate
- Min. of 1 year experience as Executive Chef or 3 years as Sous Chef
- Experience in 4* or 5* operations (hotel and/or cruise ship)
- Very good English knowledge
- Knowledge of Fidelio, American Master Chefs program
- Experience with working schedules and holiday planning
