KITCHEN HELPER on board luxury river cruise ship

Your responsibilities

  • Providing professional and courteous service on designated workstations
  • Ensuring proper set up of the Breakfast station according to the Company standards (menu cycle)
  • Offering freshly prepared smoothies to guests on a tray
  • Ensuring cleanliness and completeness of the buffet
  • Supporting the restaurant team at the soup station
  • Assisting with vegetable cleaning, cleaning of fridges and storerooms as instructed by the Supervisor
  • Cleaning and polishing of china, glass, and silverware

Your education / Your experience

  • Min. 1 years’ experience in the galley operation
  • Experience in 4* or 5* operations (Hotel and/or cruise ships)
  • Conversational level in the English language
  • Knowledge of HACCP
