Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for the pantry and delivery of all pastry offerings on board

Your education / Your experience

  • Min. of 3 years’ experience in galley operation
  • Completed apprenticeship as a Pastry Chef, Confectioner or specific culinary school background
  • Experience in 4* or 5* operations (hotel and/or cruise ship)

  • Work under pressure
  • Familiar with working in multicultural environment
  • Self-organized, disciplined and reliable
