CHEF DE PARTIE – PASTRY on board luxury river cruise ship

Your responsibilities

  • Providing professional and courteous service on designated workstations
  • Retaining full knowledge of dessert menu and Company recipes
  • Ensuring the distribution of daily dessert recipes

Your education / Your experience

  • Min. 2-years’ experience as a Pastry Chef
  • Experience in 4* or 5* operations (Hotel and/or cruise ships)
  • Have an apprentice as a Pastry chef, confectioner or specific culinary school background
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of HACCP
