CHEF DE PARTIE – PASTRY on board luxury river cruise ship
Your responsibilities
- Providing professional and courteous service on designated workstations
- Retaining full knowledge of dessert menu and Company recipes
- Ensuring the distribution of daily dessert recipes
Your education / Your experience
- Min. 2-years’ experience as a Pastry Chef
- Experience in 4* or 5* operations (Hotel and/or cruise ships)
- Have an apprentice as a Pastry chef, confectioner or specific culinary school background
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Knowledge of HACCP

- Self-organized, disciplined, and reliable
- Work under pressure

- Familiar to work in a multicultural environment
- Having the eye for excellent dessert presentation
