Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for the restaurant and bar/lounge operation
  • Supervision of the Restaurant and Bar staff

Your education / Your experience

  • Min. of 1 year experience as Restaurant Manager or 3 years as Senior Waiter
  • Experience in 4* or 5* operations (hotel and/or cruise ships)
  • Very good English knowledge
