Your responsibilities

  • Overall responsible for ensuring professional and courteous service within the Food & Beverage department
  • Always being up to date with the Company standard operating procedures, particularly for the Food & Beverage department, and ensuring its implementation
  • Conducting frequent training sessions for the Food & Beverage department
  • Retaining full knowledge of Food & Beverage menu
  • Ensuring active involvement in reaching higher guest satisfaction
  • Ensuring proper stock handling, including reaching cost targets and implementing necessary improvements if needed

Your education / Your experience

  • Min. 2 – 3 years’ experience as Restaurant Manager
  • Experience in 4* or 5* operations (Hotel and/or cruise ships)
  • College Degree/Diploma or relevant apprenticeship in the F&B Service industry beneficial
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Budgetary knowledge
  • Strong computer skills
  • Knowledge of inventory and revenue
