Your responsibilities

  • Maintain guidelines, supervise the galley team

Your education / Your experience

  • Min. 1 year experience as Sous Chef or 3 years as Chef de Partie
  • Experience in 4* or 5* operations (hotel and/or cruise ship)
  • Very good English knowledge
  • Knowledge of Fidelio, American Master Chefs program
  • Proven leadership experience
